Do you know what your child is doing on their electronic devices and in the world of social media? Do you know the legal consequences for inappropriate use of electronic devices and social media sites? Do you know who to call if you have a concern? Do you know how to monitor your child’s use of devices and social media sites?
These questions and many more will be answered as part of our Social Media Awareness for Parents presentation on May 12th, at Cloverleaf Elementary School starting at 7:00 PM.
This presentation is brought to you through a partnership among Cloverleaf Local Schools, the Medina County Sheriff’s department, and the Division of Internet Crimes Against Children.
The goal of the evening is to educate parents and to provide parents with tools and resources to help them monitor and protect their children.
Families will receive an informational letter in the mail in the next couple of days. Click on the following link to view the poster for the event Social Media Night Poster.
As always, please contact the middle school office with any questions.
