EasterSealsfundraiserflyer.docx

Easter Seals of Northern Ohio is partnering with Cloverleaf Elementary PTO (CEPTO) to give back to the community while helping children and adults with disabilities.  Cloverleaf Elementary is hosting a “Fill the Truck” fundraiser to benefit CEPTO.  We will be collecting any and all cloth items.  Please use plastic bags to bring in your donations. Easter Seals will also provide the truck to pick up all donations.  This truck will be parked and available for donations in the CHS softball field parking lot located on Buffham Road.  Receipts will be available for donations made at the truck from 9:00am-6:00pm on October 2nd, and from 9:00am to 3:30pm on October 3rd . Donations can be left by the truck at any time during these two days, but receipts will only be available during these hours, due to volunteer availability.

CEPTO will be compensated based on the number of bags/pounds of cloth collected.  Acceptable items include (but are not limited to): clothing, comforters, blankets, towels, sheets, shoes, purses, and stuffed animals. CEPTO will only earn money from cloth donations similar to items listed here.  (no electronics, books, toys, furniture, etc.) Even stained or torn items can be recycled into something else.

So please bring all your unwanted clothing items to CES during October 2nd-3rd for our “Fill the Truck” fundraiser.  Tell your friends and neighbors!  You do not need to have a student at Cloverleaf to donate items.  All donors will receive a tax-deductible receipt during the hours listed above.  If you have any questions, please feel free to contact Ashley McCann at cepto.ashley@gmail.com.
