7th Grade Vaccine Deadline

This is a reminder to parents of 7th graders that have not turned in immunization records to our office. All 7th graders are required to have the Tdap and Meningitis vaccine within 14 days of starting school.  Any student that has not received these vaccines by September 14th will be excluded from school until proof of vaccines are received. If you have any questions, please contact our school nurse at 330.302.0123.

Thank you for your help and cooperation!

Gene Clark Stadium Open House

Cloverleaf will host an open house at Gene Clark Stadium 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 31, to give everyone an opportunity check out the recently completed home side stands and take a look inside the new press box. We hope you’ll stop by to see these exciting improvements and invite friends and family to come along.

 Have a great weekend!

Registration Key Letters

Attention Parents!

Below is a copy of the letter that was sent home with some of our 6th grade students. There was a mistake on the link to access Progress Book within the letter.  Below illustrates the correction .

Families will receive another letter in the mail, in the near future, with the correction on it.  My apologies for any confusion this may have caused.  As always, feel free to contact the school with any questions at 330-302-0206.

Progressbook Registration Keys

Parents:  If you have not yet created a progressbook account for your child, he or she will receive a Progressbook Registration Key letter during homeroom on Tuesday, August 23rd. In addition we will also be sending a copy home to parents in the upcoming mailing.  We suggest that you use a personal e-mail account when setting up progressbook because your account will be linked to the e-mail until your child graduates.
