I want to take a moment to thank all of the families who attended the middle school open house last night. I was so impressed and overwhelmed by the number of parents who attended. I appreciate your patience and understanding during the night as it was a bit congested and busy.
Educating the children of Cloverleaf is community effort, and it was wonderful to see so many parents who want to be active participants in their child’s education.
If you were unable to attend, your child will receive building information on Wednesday in homeroom. Students will also receive the lock to their locker in home room as well if they were not present for open house.
Please feel free to contact the school with any questions in the future. I am looking forward to a terrific year. Go Colts!
The image above was shared by a parent….. It looks like we are the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow. 🙂
Hello just a quick reminder of the middle school’s open house tonight from 6:00-8:00 PM. There will be a brief presentation from 6:00-6:15 PM in the cafeteria to open the evening. After which students and parents can walk the building and meet teachers.
Parents may drop off medications tonight and talk with the school nurse regarding any medical issues/concerns.
Also, our new combination locks have arrived. Students will be able to get their locks tonight from their homeroom teacher’s room as part of open house. This will allow student’s time tonight to practice with their lock, as well as, place things in their lockers and secure them.
In addition, there are several door prizes that families can be eligible to win by simply coming to open house tonight.
I look forward to seeing you tonight.
In an effort to assist our families in the application process for the Free and Reduced Lunch program, I have included a link to the on-line application below.

I would like to invite all of our families to attend Cloverleaf Middle School Open House on August 15, from 6-8 PM.
The connection between home and school is a vital component to a successful educational experience for students. Open house is a great opportunity to begin making positive connections between parents and teachers.
I believe in developing a community of caring for every child who enters our building. I encourage all of our parents to become active members of our school community by participating in school events, as well as, participating with the PTO as much as possible. By working together, our children can accomplish amazing things.
Local businesses have displayed their passion and support for our students by donating door prizes for families that attend this year’s open house. Each family will fill out a ticket as they enter the door. At the end of the evening, names will be pulled for winners of our door prizes. There will be a total of 14 prizes that family will have an opportunity to win.
Below are the donated door prizes. I would encourage our families to support these local businesses who support our school.
- Alexandris Restaurant (Medina)- 10 individual gift certificates ($10.00 each)
- Walmart (Wadsworth)- One $50.00 gift card
- El Patron Restaurant (Seville)- One $20.00 gift certificate
- Deer Pass Golf Course (Seville)- Two gift cards (18 holes with a cart per gift card)
Thank you to our sponsors!
