Picture Retake Day and Team Picture Day will be on November 1st

Attention Parents:  Students will receive their school pictures to bring home on Monday, October 29th.  Picture retake day will be November 1st.  If your child did not get their pictures taken on the original picture day, they may pick up a picture form in the office.  I have attached a copy of the form for your convenience, simply click the link below.  If you would like to have your child’s picture retaken, please send the original picture to school with your child on the day of picture retakes.  Team picture will also be taken on November 1st.  I hope this information was helpful.  If you have any questions please the office @ 330-302-0206.

We have had an increase in students that are bringing medication (Tylenol, Motrin, or prescriptions) into the schools and keeping them in their pockets, lockers, lunch boxes or handing them out to other students.    Per Cloverleaf school policy, students are not allowed to carry medication to school or be in possession of any type of medication (over-the counter or prescription) without proper medication forms from their doctor.  Students in possession will be dealt with through the drug/alcohol policies listed in the student handbook. Consequences will range from out of school suspension to expulsion.  Please contact the school nurse if your child is in need of medication or to obtain a medication form from our Cloverleaf website.

Vaping and Electronic Cigarettes Information for Families

This year I am working in collaboration with Brandy Miracle (one of our district prevention specialist) and Kelli Esakov (Cloverleaf Middle School guidance counselor) to share information with families of trending topics and fads that are impacting students.

One of the most recent trends that students are involved with is electronic cigarettes, which is often times referred to as “Vaping”.

For more information about electronic cigarettes and the potential concerns,  please review the brief document below from the Medina County Health Department.
