We would like to clear up some questions about the Washington DC deposit and payment process.
Unfortunately, we must add the Trip fee as we receive the deposit because not all students attend the trip. We must add the fee in our system first and then it will roll over to the PaySchools system.
After the deposit payment is entered in to the PaySchools system you will then be able to make payments on your child’s account as often as you wish, giving you the opportunity to take your time making payments and paying off the trip.
Remember, if you make your final payment before March 2, 2020 you receive a $10.00 discount. The final $10.00 on your account will be removed by the office.
