Yesterday Ms. Brooks and Mrs. Miracle talked about gratitude with our student during their weekly Wednesday Check In. With the Holidays among us counselors explained what gratitude meant as well as the impact of having an attitude of gratitude. Discovering happiness isn’t just appreciating new things, but also being grateful for what we already have and the good that other people contribute to our lives and in our world.
Gratitude can boost your mood, your school satisfaction, and relationships. Gratitude can also put a positive spin on stressful times by turning them into valuable lessons.
