CMS Final Week Details

Attention Parents, we would like to inform our Middle School families that June 3rd is the last student day, and we will be dismissing the student from school at 12:28 pm. We will be serving an optional lunch, free of charge, to all students.

Chromebook turn-in day for in-person students will be June 2nd. Please make sure that your student brings his/her Chromebook along with the charging cord to school on June 2nd. Students who do not return their assigned Chromebook will be charged $250.00 for the Chromebook and $25.00 for the charger. Thank you for your attention to this matter. We hope to avoid any unnecessary costs for our families.

Girls Soccer Information

Soccer Parents/Guardians/Players

As we are preparing for the upcoming season, the following is an outline of what’s to come during the months of June and July.

First, we use a google classroom to communicate with parents and players. Please have your daughter use code zky7whh to log in to our Girls Soccer Google class.

Secondly, to get information out to our parents, we use the Remind app. Please use the following information to receive messages from the coaches.

A Remind message was sent last week with information pertaining to a soccer camp at the College of Wooster. The information is as followed:

Day Camp: Girls ages 13-18

Contact Kim Shaw Director Camp ph: 330-317-8808 or email kimshaw@sssnet.com

(Our soccer boosters will/can pay for half of this fee) Best way to do is, is for you to pay the fee for registration and I will have the boosters reimburse you back.

Also, the girls will be playing in the High School Soccer League. Graduating players will not be allowed to play.

Date: June 7th-July 19th (no game the week of July 4th)

When are games: Mondays either at 5:45 pm-6:45 pm or 8 pm

Make up games will be on Wednesdays or Thursdays of the same week.

Cost: Team cost is $350 (unless a parent lives/works in Wooster, the price is $300. Please let me know if this is the case for any of our parents so we can get the discount)

Price per player: This will depend on the number of girls who commit to playing. I will pay the registration up front and ask to be reimbursed once we have the total number of girls playing.

Lastly, our team will be training on Tuesdays and Thursdays. We will start June 1st.

ONLY Tuesday June 1st and Thursday June 3rd training will be in the evening from 5 pm -7 pm

Tuesday’s training sessions during the summer will be in the morning from 9am-11am. Location TBD since the stadium is under location. Locations will vary. I will send a Remind with locations.

Thursday’s training sessions during the summer will be during the evening with coach Jackson. Time TBD and location TBD. Coach Jackson will send the information via Remind.

Coach Jackson and I recommend that every player be involved as much as possible, as this will give us more time assessing players. If we don’t see players, we can’t assess them.

We are looking forward to seeing everyone over the summer.

Coach Chico
